Reusable Plastic Propolis Traps
Propolis collection
is a great way to get additional revenue from your beehives.
This flexible plastic Propolis Trap will hold up for years of service!
Simply position the trap in the hive in place of the Inner Cover and remove when full (1-5 weeks).
Place the trap inside a large plastic bag and freeze overnight. In the morning, twist the trap inside the bag like an ice cube tray, or give it a good whack on a flat surface and the propolis is released into the bag.
Note* Peak propolis production is typically in the autumn.
